PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Your privacy is important to us. At DieseLogix LLC, we follow a few fundamental principles:
- We don't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it to provide our services.
- We don't share your personal information with anyone except as described below.
- We don't store personal information on our servers unless required for the ongoing operation of our business.
DieseLogix LLC ("DieseLogix," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website dieselogix.com and provides mobile heavy-duty truck repair services in Denver, Colorado. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with — across our website, our automated messaging assistant ("Nicole"), and all our communication channels including Facebook Messenger, Instagram, SMS, phone, and email.
WEBSITE VISITORS
Like most websites, DieseLogix collects non-personally-identifying information that web browsers typically share, such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each request. We use this to better understand how visitors use our website. From time to time, we may release this information in aggregate (for example, a report on traffic trends).
We also collect potentially personally-identifying information such as IP addresses for security and analytics purposes.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
When you contact us to request a dispatch, book a service, or ask for a quote, we collect the information we need to help you. This typically includes:
- Your name and (if applicable) company or fleet name
- Phone number and email address
- Vehicle details: make, model, year, VIN, unit number
- Service details: description of the issue, fault codes, current location
- The address where the service will be performed
- Messages you send us through Messenger, Instagram, SMS, email, or phone
You can always refuse to provide information, but doing so may prevent us from delivering certain services.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Dispatch technicians and perform diagnostics or repairs
- Send appointment confirmations, ETAs, and service updates
- Generate invoices and process payments
- Operate our automated messaging assistant ("Nicole")
- Communicate with you about your service or follow up after completion
- With your consent, send occasional promotional updates (you can opt out anytime)
- Maintain security and prevent fraud
- Comply with applicable law
AUTOMATED MESSAGING (NICOLE) AND AI
To respond faster, we use an automated messaging assistant we call "Nicole." Nicole is powered by AI — specifically the Claude language model from Anthropic, PBC.
When you message us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, or SMS, or when you speak with Nicole on a phone call, the content of your message or call and conversation history may be sent to Anthropic's servers to generate a response. We send only what's needed — your messages, vehicle details, and service context. We do NOT send government IDs, payment information, or precise GPS coordinates unless you voluntarily include them.
Anthropic processes data under their commercial terms and does not use API customer data to train their models by default. For more information, see anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
If at any time you'd rather speak to a human, just ask — Nicole will hand you off, or you can call us directly at (720) 724-9523.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
DieseLogix does not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, under contractual confidentiality:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messages, when you contact us through those channels.
- Twilio Inc. — for sending SMS appointment confirmations and service notifications.
- Anthropic, PBC — to power our automated messaging assistant Nicole (see above).
- Vapi, Inc. — voice AI infrastructure that powers Nicole when you call us by phone.
- ElevenLabs, Inc. — voice synthesis technology for Nicole's voice on phone calls.
- Google LLC — Google Calendar for appointments and Google Sheets for customer records.
- Stripe, Inc. — for secure payment processing.
- n8n — workflow automation platform we use internally.
We may also share information when required by law (subpoena, court order, regulatory request), to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, or in the event of a merger, acquisition, or business sale.
SMS TEXT MESSAGING
When you give us your phone number to book a service, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from DieseLogix related to your service — appointment confirmations, reminders, technician ETA updates, payment and estimate links, and service follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. Reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
COOKIES
A cookie is a small piece of information a website stores on your device. DieseLogix uses cookies to identify visitors, track website usage, and remember preferences. If you'd rather not have cookies, you can set your browser to refuse them — though some features may not work properly without them.
DATA SECURITY
We apply industry-standard security measures — encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and contractual data protection with our service providers — to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We retain personal information only as long as needed:
- Service records (invoicing, work orders, repair history): typically 7 years for tax and warranty purposes.
- Conversation history with Nicole: up to 24 months to maintain context across repeat interactions.
- Marketing contacts: until you opt out or request deletion.
- Website analytics: typically 26 months in aggregated form.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of marketing communications anytime
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email us at dispatch@dieselogix.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If DieseLogix is acquired, merges with another company, or goes out of business, your information may be transferred as part of the assets. Any acquirer will continue to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy or will notify you of changes.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Most changes are likely to be minor, but we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check this page periodically. Your continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
